Over the four-month period from March to June 2012, the median sales price for Apollo Beach homes have increased significantly from $192,000 in March to $234,950 in June. That’s a jump of 22.37%! These figures refer to sales of single-family homes, condos and townhomes, as compiled by the Florida Realtors organization.
The pace by which the median home sales price increased over the month also jumped up, with the April price rising by 1.56%, the May price rising by 9.23%, and the June price going up sharply by 10.3%.

In June, the median sales price for Apollo Beach single-family homes, condos and townhomes sold also improved its ranking over the median sales price in other communities in Hillsborough County. From a ranking of 14th in March 2012, the median price became the 8th highest median price in June 2012.
