These homes stayed on the market for an average of only 62 days. They also got 98% of their listing price, the highest percentage for all 22 price ranges this year.
The market share of $140,000 to $159,999 homes is also high, as a total of 1,745 units in this price range were sold over the period from January to October, accounting for nearly 8 percent of total sales. The share of the other 21 price ranges ranged from 0.26% to 11.99%, with 4.54% as the average share.

All the six fastest selling price ranges posted 4-digit sales and all were among the top-selling price ranges. This data means that not only were more homebuyers preferred these price ranges, but they also made quicker purchase decisions.
Common Characteristics of $$140,000 to $159,999 Tampa homes
Most of these homes are three-bedroom two-bath properties with heated areas ranging from around 1,200 square feet to around 2,500 square feet. Of the 123 pre-owned homes sold in October, 65 properties have no pools, 41 properties have community pools, and 17 have private pools. The oldest of these homes is a 1918 historic 1,296-square-foot Train Depot that was moved to an area of land measuring 4,500 square feet and was renovated.
The three newest homes were built this year: a three-bedroom two-and-a-half-bath single-family home at Hawks Point in Ruskin, a three-bedroom two-bath 1,485-square-foot single-family home at Ayersworth Glen in Riverview, and a three-bedroom two-and-a-half-bath 1,993-square-foot townhouse at Hawks Point in Ruskin.
