The four other highest-price counties were Franklin, Walton, Collier and Saint Johns. Of these five counties, only Collier County had sales that exceeded 1,000 units. Monroe sold 161 units; Franklin, 39 units; Walton, 213 units; and Saint Johns sold 269 units.
